Wet n Wild I Need a Refresh-Mint

Its been a long time since I have done some konad, so I decided to spice up this mani...

Here is 2 coats with one coat of SV of Wet n Wild I Need a Refresh-Mint

Formula was relatively good, first coat kinda streaky second coat evens it out. The brush was nice, though wide, so beware, wide brush haters lol.
Nevertheless, we have seen this color millions of times. If you don't have anything like it though, its a great buy for only $1.99!

I do have some complaints about the name...
It is definitely not a green color, although there are just the TINIEST bit of green undertones.
This pic is pretty color accurate .

This isn't my favoritist picture, but the light was running out... Here I stamped with Milani Gold Rush using plate m64.

With flash, here is the matted version.

a more flattering picture ;)

The matte (as usual) adds a more subtle and soft feel. In this case, I think it makes the color scheme seem more Greek...or reminds me of pool tiles.

My current stash/storage

I am always interested in how nail polish lovers store their sizable collections of polish, so I decided to show you my way!

I sort them by color and have to arranged in two different shelves...
the clear coats, top coats, pinks/ neutrals. sheers. reds, oranges, bronze and metals, golds, yellows

light greens, darker green, blue greens, blues, turquoise ( I have a lot of those), deep blues, navy, dark purple light purple, black... on the the top I have the browns and the three you see to the side I cants seem to find a place for

So far my total polish count is around 85 ( WOW!)

What do you guys think? Whats your method for storing polish?

past NOTD Essie Braziliant

hey polish lovers!
I am so so glad it is the weekend! I am really looking forward to just chilling out and not hafting to worry about anything.
On to the polish!
A few weeks/days ago, I was at a fellow polish lover/ friend's house so of course I helped myself and did my nails with one of the beauties she had, Essie Braziliant :P
Braziliant was part of the Essie 2011 summer collection

Braziliant is a beautiful "hot orange with a touch of shimmer" (as described on their website)
direct sunlight

It is definitely a cheerful and vibrant orange! When the light hits it in just the right place, you can see the fuchsia/pink micro glitter. In this picture you can start to see the micro glitter, but its full excellence does not want to be captured on camera.

The application was excellent. Very quick dry time. 2 coats no top coat.
I had so much FUN wearing this color and it really cheered me up.

partial sunlight

This picture is more try to color. I took this the next day and you can see some obvious tip wear, which is my fault as I did not use a top coat.

I have nothing like this polish in my collection and will look for it the next time I got to CVS or Walgreens.

What your favorite "cheer me up" color?
Thanks for watching,

New Look!

Hey everyone!!!
I want to start out my welcoming my new followers! I would love to know how you guys heard of my little blog ;)
As I hope you have noticed, I recently made some format and design changes to my blog, including updating my gallery (you can check that out here of click on the tab next to home), and changing some pictures in the design. What do you guys think?!! I love the new design way better than the old!
Also, I hope I didn't freak everyone out with my last post, lol. I definitely won't be doing many posts in Spanish...
In the last post, I showed you guys this awesome franken i made the other week. Pretty EPIC right?!! Recently in the polish world I have been hearing a lot of buzz about Deborah Lippman's Glitter in the Air and its dupe Revlon Whimsical... I love both those polishes!!! I just wished Deborah hadn't stolen the perfect name...

As usual, i <3 comments!!
thanks for watching.
