Wet n Wild I Need a Refresh-Mint

Its been a long time since I have done some konad, so I decided to spice up this mani...

Here is 2 coats with one coat of SV of Wet n Wild I Need a Refresh-Mint

Formula was relatively good, first coat kinda streaky second coat evens it out. The brush was nice, though wide, so beware, wide brush haters lol.
Nevertheless, we have seen this color millions of times. If you don't have anything like it though, its a great buy for only $1.99!

I do have some complaints about the name...
It is definitely not a green color, although there are just the TINIEST bit of green undertones.
This pic is pretty color accurate .

This isn't my favoritist picture, but the light was running out... Here I stamped with Milani Gold Rush using plate m64.

With flash, here is the matted version.

a more flattering picture ;)

The matte (as usual) adds a more subtle and soft feel. In this case, I think it makes the color scheme seem more Greek...or reminds me of pool tiles.

ZEBRA stripes!!!

hey lovelies!!
today we have a lovely konad manicure....
Zebra Stripes!!!!!!!
usually I'm not for the girly pink and black looks but i think this is kinda cute :)

i used an orly mini sheer pink for the base and stamped with my usual black

Then i added one coat of essie's matte about you

i think it would of looked nice matted or glossy

the green grasshopper hops gaily in the grass

like the title? i do ;) yesterday someone said this color reminded them of a grasshopper
not sure if i agree, but its a fun way to think about it :P

today i have a Revlon scented polish, "Beach"
this polish does not remind me at all of the beach
and I've been to the beach a whole lot
here are the pics :
4 coats "beach"
one coat SV

Beach is a green-yellow with minimini sparkles that light up in the sun
unfortunately there isn't a sun in the sky at the moment :(
application was would have been perfect, in not for the SHEERNESS
as i said this is around 4-5 coats
unto the smell.....
it does smell slightly beach-ish but a little too on the sickly sweet side for me

then......
i did a konad on my nails and kinda epically failed

for that i used a special konad polish that appeared royal blue but on the nail you can it looks turquoise
after that i decided to spice it up even more and add some random nail art

i don't know about you, but this deffinelty reminds me of a green grasshopper hopping gaily through the grass ( without the grasshopper hopping part) lol

happy thanksgiving ( in advance)!!!
